If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept it back for a full refund, if the item is unused. We honor this request for up to 10 days from the purchase date. (Unless otherwise arranged from Kim@kalansmithjeweler.com) Items must be in the condition received with the original box and papers. Merchandise showing signs of wear or alterations (including sizing) done by another jeweler will not be accepted for return. K. Alan Smith Jeweler reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

Instructions for return-
1. Email Kim@kalansmithjeweler.com with the reason for return.
2. Kim will issue you a Return Label to ensure properly secured shipping. Item must be securely packed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the label.
3. Upon inspection, exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees.
4. If you so prefer, you may return/exchange your item by visiting our boutique as well.
